Made by an organizer, for organizers
You do the hard part every year: the program, the speakers, the sponsors. This takes what is already on your WordCamp site and turns it into an app people keep on their home screen. It works with the venue wifi down, and it wears your camp's own colours. To show what that looks like, we built one for WordCamp Philippines 2026.
Free to run. No app store, no accounts, nothing new to write.

Point your camera here
Scan the code and the WordCamp Philippines app opens right up, no install required. Tap Add to Home Screen and it behaves like any other app, offline included. What you are holding is exactly what an attendee would get.
Not near a second screen? Open the demo here.
None of the usual "maybe next year" reasons really apply.
Your app exists right now, read from your own site. You are looking at something real, not scoping a project.
No licence, no per-attendee fee, no app-store accounts to open. Free for the camp to run.
Reviewing it and turning things on or off is an afternoon of work. There is no dev team to brief.
Underneath it is plain static files. Host it here, or export it to your own domain. Nothing is locked in.
It reads the schedule and speakers you already keep updated. Change them on the site, hit refresh, and the app follows.
The QR badge keeps attendee details inside the code, so there is no central list of who went where to look after.

The badge, up close
The badge lists every field the code carries before it draws it. A name is enough. Email and phone sit behind one toggle the attendee controls. Nobody can collect anything from someone walking past, because the person has to open their badge and hold it up.
Not running badges this year? Turn the whole thing off with one switch.
One console. Flip something on and it appears. Type into a field and the preview changes beside you.

QR badges, booth scanning, networking, mentor bookings, the post-event survey. Lean or full, your call.
The local food and travel guide, emergency numbers, wifi, help-desk contacts. The parts a website never has.
Palette and logo are read from your site. Nudge any colour by hand if you want the last few percent.
Choose what shows two weeks out, the night before, on each day, and after. The app changes as the camp nears.
A room moved, a talk slipped, lunch is early. Push a note to everyone who installed, and it lands in the app too.
Changed the schedule on your site? One tap re-pulls it and keeps every edit you made here.
Your app is built and waiting, and none of this needs a developer.
It is already there, with the schedule and branding loaded. Look it over and toggle anything on or off.
One button compiles a fast, offline app at a shareable link. Installed copies notice the new version and update themselves.
Put it on your site and print it as a QR on badges and banners. Attendees tap Add to Home Screen and they are set.
Every app is plain static HTML. Export the whole thing and drop it on your own domain or any free host. Publishing here is the fast path, not a lock-in.
The console is an app too. Add it to your home screen and manage the camp from the hallway: send a note, fix a typo, refresh the schedule between sessions.
Put the program in their pocket, give them a badge that works offline, and keep your camp's colours all the way through. It is built, it is free, and it goes live with one button.
